Permit data source

All permits displayed are sourced from the City of Austin open-data Socrata feed (data.austintexas.gov) and are public record. Trussmark retrieves, scores, and presents this public data as a convenience for prospecting purposes.

Results are prospecting signals

Permit results are prospecting opportunities, not confirmed inbound leads. Opportunity scores are ranking signals based on permit type, keywords, and recency — they are not measured probabilities or guarantees of work availability. Trussmark makes no warranty that any permit will result in a winning bid, that contact information can be obtained from permit addresses, or that permit data is complete or current.

No warranty of accuracy

Permit data is retrieved daily from a third-party open-data source and may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. Trussmark provides the service “as is” without warranty of any kind.

One-time purchase

Purchases are one-time payments for a single search result set. Because paid results are delivered immediately upon payment confirmation, all sales are final — no refunds are issued for delivered result sets. If you experience a technical issue preventing you from receiving your results, contact us and we will make it right.
